Inspired by Grandfondo Santini Stelvio - Italy, Local Legend is a cycling event hosted to allow talented people compete from various communities in the country.

Local Legend strives to be a platform where communities from all over Indonesia can achieve and overcome challenges and limitations in a healthy and sustainable environment.

Our current KOM Segment is organized with the theme of Cycling between 3 mountains in Magelang, Indonesia, to celebrate the wondrous beauty of Indonesia. .

Rules & Regulation
Bahasa 
Registrasi :
1.	Peserta berusia minimal 18 tahun.
2.	Peserta yang mengikuti LOCAL LEGEND 2024 untuk Men & Women Age Category hanya untuk peserta hobbyist (bukan atlit). Untuk Men Elite Category diperuntukkan peserta atlit aktif, mantan atlit/atlit non aktif. 
Kategori Kelas yang tersedia adalah sebagai berikut :
a.	Men Elite
b.	Man Age Category 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 Up
c.	Women Age Category 18-35, 36 Up
3.	Jika dari panitia mendapati ada peserta atlit aktif dan mantan atlit masuk Men & Women Age Category, maka panitia berhak memindahkan registrasi peserta tersebut ke kategori yang sesuai dan wajib mengisi Registrasi pada kategori atlet.
4.	Registrasi Local Legend 2024 hanya melalui website Local Legend yaitu www.locallegend.id, atau sarana lain yang resmi dikeluarkan oleh panitia.
5.	Peserta yang mengikuti Local Legend 2024 harus melampirkan surat keterangan sehat yang resmi bertanda tangan dan cap dari instansi Kesehatan / tenaga Kesehatan.
6.	Semua peserta Local Legend 2024 wajib mengikuti peraturan dan tata tertib yang ditentukan panitia. 
7.	Pendaftaran peserta Local Legend 2024 akan ditutup pada tanggal 23 Mei 2024.
8.	Pendaftaran peserta tidak dapat dipindahtangankan dengan alasan apapun dan tidak dapat dikembalikan dengan alasan apapun. 
9.	Jika terjadi  force majeur, maka peserta dapat mengikuti Local Legend selanjutnya tanpa dikenakan biaya tambahan. 
10.	Peserta bertanggung jawab atas segala data diri yang telah diisi pada form pendaftaran. Panitia berhak meminta kelengkapan data, apabila ada informasi yang tidak lengkap.

Regulasi :
1.	Peserta Short Route dapat menggunakan sepeda lipat, mini velo, maupun roadbike.
2.	Peserta Long Route atau KOM dan QOM hanya boleh mempergunakan roadbike dengan ukuran ban 700c. Tidak diperkenankan menggunakan sepeda dengan motor atau e-bike. 
3.	Seluruh peserta wajib mengutamakan keselamatan bersama, menggunakan helm dan tidak melakukan manuver berbahaya saat acara LOCAL LEGEND 2024 .
4.	Seluruh peserta wajib menggunakan jersey yang telah disediakan oleh panitia dan tidak diperkenankan menggunakan jersey dan atau identitas diluar yang telah disediakan panitia.
5.	Peserta wajib menggunakan nomor peserta dan nomor sepeda yang dipasang sesuai ketentuan dari panitia yang akan diberikan pada email konfirmasi. 
6.	Apabila racepack (jersey, nomor peserta, & nomor sepeda) yang digunakan bukan atas nama pendaftar, maka panitia berhak mendiskualifikasi peserta yang menggunakan racepack tersebut.
7.	Kecepatan saat start akan ditentukan oleh commissaire
8.	Selama ride sebelum segment KOM pada Long Route ,peserta akan dipandu oleh Road Captain dengan kecepatan yang telah ditentukan oleh panitia & commissaire. Peserta tidak diperbolehkan mendahului dan wajib mengikuti arahan dari Road Captain.
9.	Seluruh peserta wajib mengikuti ride dari awal, start dari Stadion Gemilang.
10.	Peserta yang kedapatan tidak mengikuti ride dari awal dengan melakukan evakuasi dengan mobil atau loading dengan alasan apapun, dianggap tidak masuk finish. 
11.	KOM segment start dilakukan dengan cara flying start.
12.	Peserta KOM yang mendahului start sebelum flag off dari panitia di garis KOM atau QOM, akan didiskualifikasi.
13.	Cut Off Time Peserta LOCAL LEGEND 2024 adalah ¬¬¬¬¬¬15.00 WIB.
14.	Tidak ada pengawalan atau support dari Panitia untuk peserta acara.
15.	Urutan start dari stadion Gemilang akan dilakukan sesuai kategori lomba yang dimulai dari Men Elite, Women Age Category 18-35, 36 Up, Men Age Category 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 Up.
16.	Semua sanksi pelanggaran akan diputuskan oleh Commissaire dan panitia.
17.	Pemenang KOM & QOM Men Elite adalah peserta yang mencapai garis finish urutan 1, 2 dan 3 .
18.	Pemenang KOM & QOM men dan women age category adalah peserta yang mencapai garis finish urutan 1, 2, dan 3.
19.	Validasi posisi finish untuk tiap category berdasarkan catatan waktu dari panitia. Peserta dapat mengajukan banding atas hasil yang sudah keluarkan panitia secara realtime dengan membayar uang jaminan sebesar Rp 500.000 dan mengisi formulir banding yang disediakan panitia dengan melampirkan bukti paling lambat 10 menit sebelum Upacara Penghargaan Pemenang yang telah di finalisasi oleh Commissaire dan panitia. Jika protes diterima, maka deposit dikembalikan.
20.	Apabila terjadi force majeure yang mengakibatkan acara dihentikan, maka keputusan pemenang ditentukan oleh commissaire dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
21.	Upacara penghargaan pemenang wajib dihadiri oleh peserta yang bersangkutan dan tidak dapat diwakilkan. Peserta wajib menggunakan jersey yang telah ditentukan panitia dan mengenakan sepatu saat upacara penghargaan pemenang.
22.	Peserta wajib mentaati semua regulasi yang telah ditetapkan dan setiap keputusan yang telah ditentukan oleh panitia penyelenggara & commissaire.
23.	Seluruh peserta LOCAL LEGEND 2024 dilengkapi dengan asuransi yang berlaku dengan batas waktu 1x24jam. Apabila tanggungan yang dialami melebihi kapasitas asuransi, maka tanggungan tersebut menjadi tanggung jawab pribadi peserta.
24.	Grandprize hanya untuk peserta yang telah 2 kali menjadi pemenang juara 1 KOM dan QOM dalam main event of LOCAL LEGEND 2024.
25.	Grandprize khusus untuk peserta dengan kewarganegaraan Indonesia.
26.	Panitia LOCAL LEGEND 2024 tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerusakan dan kehilangan barang pribadi peserta dalam bentuk apapun selama acara LOCAL LEGEND 2024.
27.	Panitia dapat merubah kategori peserta, apabila peserta LOCAL LEGEND 2024 yang mengikuti Women elite mencapai kuota yang telah ditentukan, maka kategori tersebut akan kami buka.
28.	Apabila ada ketentuan lain yang belum tercantum dalam regulasi ini, maka panitia penyelenggara akan menginformasikan lebih lanjut melalui email dan media lainnya.

Racepack 
1.	Pengambilan Racepack dibuka pada tanggal 21-22 Juni 2024.
2.	Racepack bisa diambil pada tanggal 21-22 Juni 2024, dengan melampirkan konfirmasi email terdaftar, menunjukan surat keterangan sehat, dan menunjukan identitas diri KTP/Paspor/KITAS
3.	Pengambilan racepack dapat diambil dengan kolektif dengan maksimal 5 peserta terdaftar dan melampirkan syarat-syarat tersebut.
4.	Peraturan panitia bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

Registration
1.	Participants are at least 18 years old.
2.	Participants who take part in LOCAL LEGEND 2024 for Men & Women Age Category are only hobbyist participants (not athletes). The Men Elite Category is intended for active athletes, former athletes/non-active athletes.
3.	The available class categories are as follows:
a.	Men Elite
b.	Man Age Category 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 Up
c.	Women Age Category 18-35, 36 Up
4.	If the committee finds that there are active and former athlete participants in the Men & Women Age Category, then the committee has the right to move the participant's registration to the appropriate category and must fill out the registration in the athlete category.
5.	Register for Local Legend 2024 only via the Local Legend website, namely www.locallegend.id, or other means officially issued by the committee.
6.	Participants who take part in Local Legend 2024 must attach an official health certificate with a signature and stamp from the Health agency/Health worker.
7.	All Local Legend 2024 participants are required to follow the rules and regulations determined by the committee.
8.	Registration for Local Legend 2024 participants will close on May 23 2024.
9.	Participant registration cannot be transferred for any reason and cannot be returned for any reason.
10.	If force majeure occurs, participants can take part in the next Local Legend without being charged additional fees.
11.	Participants are responsible for all personal data that has been filled in on the registration form. The committee has the right to request completeness of data, if there is incomplete information.

Regulation

1.	Short Route participants can use folding bicycles, mini velo, or road bikes.
2.	Long Route or KOM and QOM participants may only use road bikes with 700c tires. It is not permitted to use bicycles with motorbikes or e-bikes.
3.	All participants must prioritize collective safety, use helmets and not carry out dangerous maneuvers during the LOCAL LEGEND 2024 event.
4.	All participants are required to wear jerseys provided by the committee and are not permitted to use jerseys and/or identification other than those provided by the committee.
5.	Participants are required to use the participant number and bicycle number posted in accordance with the provisions of the committee which will be provided in the confirmation email.
6.	If the racepack (jersey, participant number, & bicycle number) is not used in the applicant's name, then the committee has the right to disqualify the participant who uses the racepack.
7.	The speed at start will be determined by the commissaire
8.	During the ride before the KOM segment on the Long Route, participants will be guided by the Road Captain at a speed determined by the committee & commissaire. Participants are not allowed to overtake and must follow the directions of the Road Captain.
9.	All participants must take part in the ride from the start, starting from the Gemilang Stadium.
10.	Participants who are found not following the ride from the start by evacuating by car or loading for any reason, are considered not to have finished.
11.	KOM segment start is carried out by flying start.
12.	KOM participants who precede the start before the flag off from the committee on the KOM or QOM line, will be disqualified.
13.	Cut Off Time for LOCAL LEGEND 2024 Participants is 15.00 WIB.
14.	There is no escort or support from the Committee for event participants.
15.	The starting order from the Gemilang stadium will be carried out according to the competition categories starting from Men Elite, Women Age Category 18-35, 36 Up, Men Age Category 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 Up.
16.	All sanctions for violations will be decided by the Commissioner and committee.
17.	The winner of KOM & QOM Men Elite is the participant who reaches the finish line in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
18.	Winners of the KOM & QOM men and women age categories are participants who reach the finish line in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
19.	Validate the finishing position for each category based on the time recorded by the committee. Participants can appeal the results that the committee has issued in real time by paying a deposit of IDR 500,000 and filling out the appeal form provided by the committee by attaching evidence no later than 10 minutes before the Winner Award Ceremony which has been finalized by the Commissaire and the committee. If the protest is accepted, the deposit is returned.
20.	Force majeure occurs which causes the event to be stopped, the winner's decision is determined by the commissaire and cannot be contested.
21.	The winner's award ceremony must be attended by the participant concerned and cannot be represented. Participants must wear the jersey determined by the committee and wear shoes during the winner's award ceremony.
22.	Participants are required to comply with all regulations that have been set and every decision that has been determined by the organizing committee & commissaire.
23.	All LOCAL LEGEND 2024 participants are equipped with valid insurance with a time limit of 1 x 24 hours. If the liability experienced exceeds the insurance capacity, then the liability becomes the participant's personal responsibility.
24.	Grand prize is only for participants who have twice won 1st place in KOM and QOM in the main event of LOCAL LEGEND 2024.
25.	Grand prize specifically for participants with Indonesian citizenship.
26.	The LOCAL LEGEND 2024 committee is not responsible for damage or loss of participants' personal belongings in any form during the LOCAL LEGEND 2024 event.
27.	The committee can change the participant categories, if the 2024 LOCAL LEGEND participants who take part in Women Elite reach the predetermined quota, then we will open that category.
28.	If there are other provisions that are not included in this regulation, the organizing committee will provide further information via email and other media.

Racepak Collection
1.	Racepack can be collected on 21-22 June 2024, by attaching registered email confirmation, showing a health certificate, and showing your ID card/passport/KITAS.

3.	Committee regulations are absolute and cannot be contested.
